We will spend some time getting to know you while listening to your health concerns and goals. We will assess vital structural, postural and functional imbalances that might be causing your pain or instability. Based on your results, pinpointed exercises and lifestyle advice will be created, shown and performed with you so you can perform them at home. Follow-up Acu Visits
​We will listen how your emotional, spiritual and physical well being has been since your last visit. Then based on the information you share an acupuncture treatment will be chosen and implemented. Visits are usually once a week for a couple of weeks based on necessity. Most Follow-up visits are 50-60 mins and include acupuncture, tui na and possible cupping, herbal and dietary recommendations.
